Use your assigned credentials to log in. If you lack access, contact your line manager or support.
Common Tasks
- Find a patient: search by MRN or name. - Add a note: open the chart and select the appropriate form. - Export a report: go to Analytics & Reports, filter, export.

For urgent issues affecting clinical care, email [email protected] with “PRIORITY” and a short description.
